01 — Ownership and scope
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Ferney Saavedra owns or is authorised to use this website and the original photographs, videos, audiovisual works, texts, designs, trademarks, names, music, graphics, interfaces and other materials published here. These materials are protected under applicable Colombian law and relevant international treaties.
Public availability does not constitute an assignment, open licence, waiver of rights or authorisation for use beyond statutory limits.
02 — Restricted uses
Without prior written permission, the materials may not be reproduced, downloaded —apart from technical copies inherent to ordinary browsing—, modified, adapted, cropped, distributed, publicly communicated, republished, sold, sublicensed or commercially exploited.
Removing credits, notices, metadata or technical identifiers is also prohibited, as is presenting a work as one's own, creating unauthorised derivative products, or using captures and excerpts for advertising, promotional or commercial purposes.
03 — Artificial intelligence and automated extraction
Photographs, video, audio, text, designs and any other website content may not be used for the training, fine-tuning, evaluation, analysis, extraction, data mining, generation, synthesis, style imitation or processing of artificial-intelligence or machine-learning systems without the copyright holder's prior written permission.
This reservation includes incorporating materials into datasets, repositories, models, generative tools, recognition services or analytical systems, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
04 — Licensing requests
To request a licence, email ferney.saavedra@outlook.com and identify the requested material, intended use, media or distribution territory, duration, audience and whether the use is commercial. A request is not an authorisation. Rights may only be granted through an express written response setting out the applicable terms.
05 — Reporting infringement
To report suspected unauthorised use, email the same address with your contact details, identification of the material, the location of the questioned use, available links or evidence, and an explanation of your relationship to the rights concerned. The report will be reviewed and further information may be requested before action is taken.
06 — Legal exceptions
Nothing in this notice is intended to restrict mandatory exceptions or limitations recognised by law, including certain uses for quotation, reporting, education, criticism or research when all applicable conditions are met. Attribution alone does not make every use lawful. Anyone relying on an exception is responsible for verifying its scope.
07 — Third-party content
Some projects may contain third-party works, music, trademarks, locations, performances or contributions used under permission, licence or an applicable legal exception. Their rights remain with their respective owners. This notice does not grant rights in third-party content.
08 — Colombian law and jurisdiction
This notice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Without prejudice to mandatory rules or applicable alternative mechanisms, disputes relating to the website shall be submitted to the competent authorities and courts of Colombia.
